Apparently my work kitchen smells amazing today, says Si. Must be the Beef Rendang bubbling away for 2 hours for my clients 4-course ‘Tastes of South East Asia’ Birthday Delivery Dinner tonight. Thai canapes, followed by Vegetarian Larb & Nam Jim dressing, Beef Rendang, Gaeng Khiao Wan Gai,Chicken Massaman, Asian vegetables with ginger, Thai baby aubergine in holy basil & chili sauce. Followed by the not so Thai but very popular Quinntessential sea-salted caramel cheesecake 🙂. All in a days work….Si is cooking dinner tonight…
